Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your dealership to use LotTrack. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access LotTrack, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@lottrack.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

LotTrack is a subscription-based service billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. By subscribing, you authorize LotTrack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate associated with your plan.

Free trial. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to join the waitlist. A payment method will be required when you activate a paid plan.

Annual plans. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access through the end of the paid period.

Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@lottrack.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation penalties or early termination fees.

Upon cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your inventory data (CSV) before cancellation.

You agree not to use LotTrack to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Track individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the platform without authorization
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate vehicle inventory management

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

LotTrack captures GPS coordinates from your device at the time of each VIN scan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of location data complies with applicable privacy laws and that any staff members using LotTrack are aware their device location is captured during scans.

LotTrack does not continuously track device location. Location is recorded only at the moment a scan is initiated by a user action.

LotTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LotTrack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our express written permission.

Your inventory data (VINs, vehicle records, location history) remains your property. By using LotTrack, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

LotTrack integrates with third-party services including Google Maps for navigation and the NHTSA VIN database for vehicle decoding. Your use of navigation features is subject to Google's Terms of Service. LotTrack is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data or services.

LotTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GPS accuracy is dependent on the user's device and environment. LotTrack does not guarantee that vehicle locations will be accurate to any specific precision. Location data reflects the last time a vehicle was scanned, not its real-time position.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LotTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LotTrack in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LotTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LotTrack at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of LotTrack after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
